Free sites don't include a custom domain, email mailboxes, FTP/SFTP, SSH or server access, standalone databases, or independent DNS hosting. Available plugins and themes are controlled by the shared platform. See the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy for details.

Is my SingleBuck Site actually free?

Yes. A free site on an available SingleBuck.com subdomain has no standard monthly or annual hosting charge and doesn't require a credit card. There's no trial countdown. Free access remains subject to the service being offered and your compliance with platform policies.

Will SingleBuck design my website for me?

No. This is a do-it-yourself service. We provide a functioning WordPress site and hosting; you create its layout, pages, images, and content.

How much storage do I get?

Each free site has a 100 MB allowance for user-uploaded media and files, with a maximum of 20 MB per individual upload. WordPress core files aren't counted against that 100 MB media allowance.

Can I install any theme or plugin I want?

Free sites share a managed WordPress Multisite environment. You can use the themes, plugins, and tools made available by SingleBuck; unrestricted installations and server-level access aren't included.

Can I use my own custom domain?

The free service uses an available SingleBuck.com subdomain. Custom-domain hosting is not included with a free SingleBuck Site.

Does it include email accounts or full hosting controls?

No. This isn't a standalone hosting control panel. Mailboxes, DNS management, FTP/SFTP, SSH, and separate databases aren't included with the free website service.

What happens if I need help?

SingleBuck supports the shared SingleBuck Sites platform itself. The free service doesn't include someone building, designing, writing, or customizing your individual website for you.
